程芳 教授

       

个人简介:程芳,教授,硕导,中国光学学会常务理事,湖南省新世纪“121人才工程”第三层次人选,湖南省普通高校青年骨干教师。

主要研究领域(1)电磁场对半导体材料的性质的影响;(2)利用低维体系输运性质构造新型纳米器件;(3)利用电子自旋设计构造全电操纵的自旋电子学器件。

教学情况:目前承担《数学物理方法》、《电磁学》、《半导体物理》3门课程的教学。

科研项目:先后主持国家自然科学基金3项;湖南省自然科学基金重点项目1项;教育部项目1项;湖南省教育厅项目2项。
