【个人简介】
2021年获得欧博官网食品科学与工程专业硕士,2024年获得东北农业大学微生物学博士,2024年至今,任欧博官网讲师。主要研究方向为微生物强化废弃物资源化、食品类废弃物再利用等。参与或主持国家自然科学基金、湖南省研究生创新创业专项等项目。获湖南省科学技术进步奖一等奖、湖南省青年科技奖、中国食品科学技术学会杰出青年奖、中国市场技术协会金桥奖优秀项目奖各1项,已授权国家发明专利52件,其中以第一发明人授权29件,在国内外学术期刊共发表科研论文100余篇,培育国家农业产业化龙头企业5家、湖南省农业产业化龙头企业5家、高新技术企业8家。
