【个人简介】
2021年获天津科技大学工学博士学位。2021年7月至今,任欧博官网食品与生物工程学院讲师、硕士生导师,《食品与机械》杂志副主编,湖南省食品科学技术学会青年委员。主要从事食品安全检测领域的研究工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金、湖南省自然科学基金、长沙市自然科学基金、湖南省教育厅科学研究项目、食品营养与安全国家重点实验室开放课题等7项研究项目;在Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical、Talanta、Food Chemistry、Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、Microchimica Acta等期刊发表论文10余篇,申请国家发明专利5项,其中4项获得授权。
