My educational philosophy is that education is not only a process of imparting knowledge, but also a process of guiding students to find themselves and realize their self-worth. I have been trying to create an open and inclusive learning environment, so that every student can find their own way here.

In teaching, I always adhere to the student-centered teaching method, paying attention to the cultivation of students' critical thinking and striving to make every class full of vitality and depth.What’s more, I always try my best to help students when they have doubts about their studies and life. For example, I have encouraged and guided students to participate in various English competitions and some of them have got great results.

Looking back on the past, I feel deeply about my responsibility and mission as a teacher. In the days to come, I will continue to work hard and devote all my enthusiasm and wisdom to the cause of education.
